Compatible browsers

The implementation of this web interface makes use of several interactive components (such as AJAX libraries) in order to offer more user-friendly actions. However this requires you to use a relatively recent version of web navigator. The minimum versions of widely used navigators are listed at the top left of Naiad home page. They currently include :

• Firefox 2.x
• Firefox 3.x
• Internet Explorer 7.x
• Opera 9.x
• Chrome 2.x

Screen resolution

Naiad dataminer requires screen resolution of 1024 by 768 or above to operate properly, otherwise the dataminer windows may be truncated. We recommend users have their screen resolution above or equal to 1024 by 768.

Browser settings

Most web browsers allow users to disable tools and scripts such as cookies, pop-up windows, JavaScript and caching. To use the dataminer, each will have to be enabled.
